All sales are final. If an item has any factory defect, VougueGift will accept return, exchange or refund to the customers with shipping on us due to our mistake. The items must be reported within 7 days upon receipt of the goods. All exchanges/return of defect item must have the original tags attached.
Please note that state law prohibits the return of certain items once they have been worn. We strictly adhere to this law. Therefore, all sales on items that are worn are final (please choose color and size carefully before placing your order). VougueGift will not return due to your mistake, we will only allow factor defect return/exchange. Please refer to size chart provided.
In order to process your return, you must make sure the item is shipped back to us within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise. Any returns sent to us after 7 days period will not be processed.
Follow the steps below before returning the product. Returns without a Return Form will be denied.
In order to return an item please follow these steps:
E-mail us at vouguegift@yahoo.com to request a RETURN FORM. Please answer all the questions on the return form.
Ship the item to us: Use the original (or similar) box to pack the item. Please be sure and include the Return Form with your return. Use the shipping address we sent you.
Processing.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
